In December, bring non-perishables to Centennial.
WHITE ROCK – The Whalers hope to place plenty of non-perishable foodstuffs into stockings for a local food bank this year for Christmas. And we need help from fans, too!

Please bring your non-perishable food items to Centennial Arena on game days throughout December. At each home game – December 4th, 11th, 18th, and 19th – volunteers will collect your items.
“It’s important to work together and unify so that everyone can feel included in the holidays,” said Whalers captain Tyler Price.
Then, the Whalers will hitch up St. Nick’s reindeer and drop off all the donated food at the Sources White Rock / South Surrey Food Bank just before Christmas.
If our fans “pitched in and brought what they could, the impact would be much greater,” Price added.
